Forward Slash Films began life pioneering online video content for brands including Kiss Radio, Budweiser and Red Bull. Our current work is mainly VR and immersive film projects like Menopause Reality and 360safeVR, and feature length films, including documentary Irene’s Ghost.

Iain Cunningham

Iain has a background in factual television and directs and edits much of our work. Iain leads Forward Features, which develops and produces narrative and documentary films. Iain’s BFI supported feature documentary Irene’s Ghost was named as one of the films of the year by the Guardian, and nominated for a BIFA award.

Liz Cunningham

Liz focuses on our immersive film projects, and leads the delivery of our 360safeVR projects in collaboration with Dr Shelley Stiles of Gateway HSW. She also developed and leads the Menopause Reality project alongside producing much of our other work. Liz was selected for Creative England’s Female Founders programme and has secured multiple awards from Innovate UK.
